WHAT IS KAP
KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) is a direct energy transmission that will awaken your own life force energy. This kundalini energy/ chi or prana is the energy that moves living beings without the interference of will. In young children this energy flows freely, but as we grow up we acquire blockages making us lose contact with the energy.
A transmission clears stagnant energy, releases suppressed emotions and rewires the nervous system. In this way it creates space to reprogram limiting beliefs and embrace transformation. By doing nothing but surrendering to the energy the process is generated. This makes it a very safe practice. You will never receive more than what your system can handle or what you are able to open up to.

It is helpful when you feel stuck, depleted of energy and is very healing. But also if you are looking for a deeper sense of fulfilment and are curious to experience something you have never experienced before.

WHO IS THE FACILITATOR
Nice to meet you. My name is Caroline, I am a certified Level 2 KAP facilitator, personally trained by the founder of the KAP Academy, Venant Wong (www.kapacademy.com). Level 2 means that next to a transmission of life force energy I will also transmit states of non dual consciousness (bliss, calmness) during a session.
As a former surgeon and mother of 3 kids, I aim to create a safe space for you so you can completely let go and come to your fullest expression. As an artist I am an open minded and playful person for whom nothing is really too crazy.
WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE
You will not need to do anything, but to come with an open mind.
During a session I will hold the frequency of this energy. You will lay down on a mat with your eyes closed and listen to music. As you surrender to the process, your body will automatically start to tune in to the energy. I will touch or press some of the chakra or meridian points on your body to help the energy flow.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN DURING A SESSION
Things you may experience are: states of deep meditation and bliss, seeing visions, connection to your higher self, having deep insights or realisations, your body may start to move through the energy or you may experience emotional releases...and many more.
You may have all kind of experiences during the session, but what matters is not what happens in a session, but the great shifts in your life after sessions. By shedding layers and moving closer to your true essence you may find many benefits.
Clients typically report having deep insights or realisations, strengthened intuition, shifts in perception of reality, more clarity, developed senses, a capacity to feel more deeply, deeper states of consciousness, a sense of purpose, deeper connection to themselves, living with a more open heart, inner knowing, bliss states, experiencing non-dual states or oneness…the list goes on.
It affects every aspect of their lives and results in them making lifestyle choices more suited for them, their health, and their life purpose.

HOW TO PREPARE for a KAP session
- it’s recommended not to eat a minimum of 2 hours before the session
- do not use caffeine, alcohol or other stimulants during the day
- try to reduce screen time right before the session
- wear clothes that fit comfortably and allow you to move easily
- try not to have any expectations
Upon booking you will receive a 'Get Ready Guide' in your email to make sure you can get most out of your session.
WHAT TO BRING
- if you are cold easily (the energy can make you feel cold) bring a warm jumper, socks etc.
Please make sure to be on time.
We will start the session with an extensive introduction. There will be time to discuss any questions you may have prior to the session.
Contraindications:
Kap is not suitable for people with serious mental health issues. It's not suitable for people with heart problems, schizophrenia, epilepsy, psychosis. If you have neurological conditions or mental imbalances, please contact me. KAP is not recommended in pregnancy after the 6th month. By signing up for a KAP session you agree to these conditions.
Minimum age 18 y.o.
