ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

WOMAN OUT LOUD is a combination of your Voice & your Pussy. The workshop is dedicated to connect you with your own voice and your authentic sounds. We are creating a space where the connection between your voice and your pussy is being made. Learning to understand the connection they hold through sensual embodiment work. A guided ritual to meet your own pussy, unlocking your sensual self to claim your sexual liberation.

The workshop is an infusion of sensual embodiment, sounding, movement, breath, self-touch, emotions, small group sharing and connection in sisterhood.

A brave space where you are invited to sit with your naked Truth, not yet knowing what the mirror will show you...

The workshop is build for self-expression, self-touch and self-exploration.

The intention for this day is to hold space for women to step outside of their comfort zone to explore their own body, connect with their sensuality to ultimately experience sexual liberation.

- A deeper connection with your own body;
- A voice activation and opening of your throat/voice;
- Easy tools for sensual embodiment including gentle breathing techniques;

- A healing experience with your Vulva.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

- The date & time: 15th of April 2023 from 1 - 7 pm;
- The location: Jansstraat 41 in Arnhem's city center (@Woodworks);
- The group: 10 women maximum;
- The food/drinks: Water/tea is included as well as a vegetarian meal;
- The price: Early bird is 55,- euro / Regular is 66,- euro.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE:

- Everything is an invitation, you decide up to what level you wish to follow the suggestions being made;

- If you are new to womenswork around sensuality/sexuality this workshop can be a good fit for you to start. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you doubt whether this is for you or if you have any questions;
- As a participant you have to be okay with others being naked;
- This is not a space for sexual inter action with each other;
- The workshop is spoken in English, unless the whole group is speaking/understanding Dutch then we could choose to switch.
