Andres Galindo is a world traveler, wellness expert, and yoga and meditation teacher with over 12 years of experience. Based in Haarlem, he holds a 500H RYT certification and has a deep foundation in Sanskrit Vedic traditions, gained through 10 years as a monk teaching and studying in India, South America & Europe.
He specializes in the art of liberating somatized emotion, stress and trauma through TRE (tension release exercises) yin, nidra, meditation & mantra singing by integrating nervous system recovery theories with ancient yoga and Vedanta practices. With studies in Ayurveda, Vedanta, emotional coaching, and human consciousness, Andres offers a holistic approach to healing and personal transformation. Passionate about astrology, human consciousness, Kirtan, and ritual ceremonies, he creates a welcoming space for growth and connection.
