WHAT IS AVALON MASSIVE BREATH WORK?
Our unique approach combines breathwork, acoustic music, energy healing and singing bowls to elevate your energy and reconnect you to your authentic blueprint.
You will be part of and contributing to a collective energy field of 24 like-minded individuals, created in our magical Barn. In this field we'll guide you through a series of breathwork exercises, carefully crafted to help you releasing old patterns, reconnecting with your inner child and a deep feeling of inner peace.
Our unique approach also incorporates energy healing (Tibetan healing modality) that will amplify your journey and help you to break through your deepest patterns.
