Ecstatic Dance Apeldoorn - DJ Jethro

We're excited to start with the first edition of the series of Ecstatic Dance Apeldoorn on February 24th with DJ Jethro!

Ecstatic Dance is an experience that takes you on a journey through sound and movement. It is an invitation and a permission to move and dance exactly how your body desires. It is a safe space where you can express yourself without expectations or judgement. Where creativity can flow, emotions are welcome and magic can happen!

Our guidelines are:
- We dance without talking
- We dance bare foot or on socks
- We respect ourselves and others
- The room is free from phones or other distractions
- It is an alcohol and drugs free zone

Program:
19:00- Doors open
19:30- Opening ceremony
20:00- 22:00- Ecstatic dance
22:00- Closing circle

Ticket price:
€ 15,00,-

Practical:
- We will serve tea and water at our event.
- Leave your valuables at home as much as possible. Bags remain outside the room so that we can
leave the distractions outside.

Location:
Our ecstatic dance will take place at Happy Yogi. When you enter the building, you can walk up the stairs and on your left you will find the area where the ecstatic will take place.

Parking:
There is a free parking lot in front of the building. And there are also free parking places in the residential area across the street.

About the DJ:
Jethro worked as a professional dancer for many years. In 2015 he fell in love with Ecstatic Dance. Pretty soon he started guiding the Ecstatic Dance Ceremonies at Odessa Amsterdam and Club Lite.
It wasn't until the end of 2020 that he started DJ-ing and now he has been playing for most of the larger Ecstatic Dance communities of the Netherlands. His ecstatic dance journeys have even brought him to Belgium, France, Sweden and Greece.
Jethro likes to combine all as many genres as possible, but you can be sure to have a deep experience of highs and lows, poetry and mystery, flow and staccato...
