De introductie naar de dans geeft ruimte om los te laten, je energie te activeren en volledig in je lichaam te zakken. Het biedt een moment om te landen, contact te maken met jezelf, en je intentie te zetten voor de dansreis die volgt.

Are you ready for a morning of being fully present, connecting with yourself, the others and music?

Join us for Khulana Ecstatic Dance: a morning filled with stillness, connection, deepening, and celebrating life!

🕉️ We will welcome you with live music and some stillness then flow into a guided release session and from there get into movement and connection as an introduction into the Ecstatic Dance journey.

The ceremony will help you release, activate your energy and fully ground in your body. It’s a moment to arrive, connect with yourself, and set your intention for the dance ahead.

🎧 DJ Aralya will take you on a musical journey expressed through Ecstatic Dance.
