An hour of playful Massage
Let’s extend our evening with some sensuality and playfulness before going to sleep. In this short monthly massage workshop after the yoga classes, we will express ourselves in different forms of touch. We will use our curiosity to explore what feels nourishing, comforting and caring.

Let's see how our bodies can communicate through sensuality. Inside our body, we can connect with different layers of feelings: tension, pleasure, fear, desire, etc. We can also feel an impulse of movement. If we listen to those feelings and impulses, they can direct the way we touch each other.

We will change partners, touching each other with and without using massage oil, using differents forms of slow movement and touch. You will feel safe, comforted, connected and peaceful. You don’t get forced into anything and all touch is based on consent.

The nude yoga class for men at 8pm at the same location is the perfect preparation for this workshop!

Please note: This is a nude event, for all those identifying as men (if you have a penis or not) only.

Please book this event separately from the yoga practice. You can use your 10-class pass of Nude Yoga 4 Men for this event.

Facilitators:
Tijs is a life coach, mindfulness teacher and masseur, who is specialized in in-depth bodywork. He works with body awareness, loving attention, direct experience and tantra. He gives weekly workshops for playful discovery to connect with yourself and others.

Hygiene
As we'll be without clothes, please pay extra attention to hygiene. Preferably take a shower before the class (you can do so at the studio), and please use as little perfume as possible. A big thank you from your facilitator and your fellow participants!

Location: De Ruimte, Weesperzijde 79a, Amsterdam.
De Ruimte is a beautiful and spacious professional studio in the centre of Amsterdam, which we are very happy to use. There are showers and several toilets available.
(To find the entrance, pass through the open gate by the street, then go to the very end of the courtyard until you see a little bamboo forest on the left. Follow the path on the left of the bamboo forest and at the end you'll find the entrance door to the studio.)
