Out of your mind - From thinking to being | An introduction

Discover the magic on Sunday afternoon the 26th of February through practical exercises that will free your mind. Let yourself be guided to the present moment, where we move from a state of thinking to being.

During this workshop, you will be guided on how to move from a place of thinking to emptying your mind. You will learn how to bring yourself into a state of stillness and awareness.

With the different mindfulness and embodiment techniques you will be offered, you will learn about the psychology of why we think and what other ways of using our minds are possible once we learn to bring awareness and silence to it.

In this workshop, mindfulness and embodiment teacher Kees Schenk will talk about concepts like emptiness, Samadhi, relaxing the muscles of the mind, and using our senses to free ourselves from our thoughts.

All of these concepts and exercises will be supporting your journey to inner peace.

Kees Schenk is the founder of the Lotus Tribe platform and has created other community platforms in the past. For the last couple of years he has been coming home to teach more about mindfulness, Tibetan Buddhism, embodiment and is passionate about translating eastern wisdom and western mysticism into practical teachings to free ourselves and take the next step in our personal development.
