Breath of Love - for Couples

Are you in a love relationship?

Or is the dating your are in ready for the next exploration?

This workshop is for couples (all genders) who want to celebrate and deepen their connection with each other.

In a cozy and romantic setting you will be invited to explore various practices together with your partner.

The evening will include
Ceremonial Grade Cacao - Used in old Mayan culture - which is known as a heart opener.

Breathwork practice - also in connection with your partner.

Sharing practice with your partner - you will be guided in this.
A short group check in and end sharing with the group.

All of the practices will allow you to go deeper into intimacy (on an emotional level) with each other as you are invited to be open and present with each other.

Both in sharing and receiving.
Being able to feel yourself and your own emotions are needed for true intimacy.

To breathe fully, is to feel fully and be truly alive. Which also deepens intimacy. Sharing all of the practices in this program will help (re)create connection.

It is so important to feel heard, seen and met! We ALL long for this.

Supporting people in bringing more joy & happiness into their lives is what makes me happy.
The tools I use for this are Breathwork, EMDR and therapy. I’m a certified GZ-Psychologist & Mindfulness teacher. Finding your way back to your body & breath and finally allowing yourself to feel & heal is so important, and worth it!

This is a gentle but powerful Breathwork technique. Using ancient knowledge from yoga & contemporary neuroscience, beautiful electronic music and a gentle feminine guidance.
PSYCHEDELIC BREATH can allow you to release emotions, physical blockages and increase the sense of aliveness & energy in your body. Release limiting beliefs and allow yourself to step towards your full potential.
Within this practice - I will guide you in connecting with your partner.

About Cacao
Theobroma Cacao, (Latin for ‘Food of the Gods’), has been used for centuries in spiritual practices and rituals. Cacao contains many beneficial minerals. It is really high in magnesium and chromium. It also contains a high amount of calcium, zinc, iron and sulfer. Another amazing fact: it makes us happy. Cacao contains neurotransmitters already present in the brain such as:
~ Norepinephrine (joy)
~ Serotonin (wellbeing)
~ Dopamine (motivation, pleasure)
~ Anandamide (bliss, painkiller)
The ceremonial cacao that I use in my ceremonies comes from Guatamala and is ethically sourced. To protect all the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are naturally in cacao, it is NOT heat-treated and processed like cocoa or chocolate, and nutritional benefits aren’t reduced.

Contra indications for the PSYCHEDELIC BREATH:
Pregnancy, Epilepsy, High Blood pressure, High inner eye pressure, Detached Retina, Cardiovascular problems, Strokes, Clinical anxiety, panic attacks or psychosis, recent surgery (broken bones/ wounds).
