Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance and can also be seen as a more active way of meditation. You can surrender to the music in a sacred and safe “container”.
The ecstatic dance is set up in an environment where you can simply be yourself and experience joy through connection (with self and others), dance, and music. It’s about letting go, moving energy, and having fun, resulting in an ECSTATIC feeling without using any drugs and alcohol!

An ecstatic dance can be very powerful and special, if you have never tried it before, we invite you to try it out and we will make you feel warm and safe during the whole evening.

Contact improvisation

As the introduction of the ecstatic dance, you will be guided inward by a contact improvisation class by Ruben Garcia, which will help you move and take actiom from a connected place. Ruben studied dance and had a wonderful 11 year career as a professional dancer. Nowadays he keeps himself busy with things he loves and contact improvisation is one of them. He teaches every Tuesday evening with much love and passion in Rotterdam. He likes games and small exercises in the contact improvisation classes he teaches. So get ready for some fun and interactive games that will make you move before you even notice

There will also be healthy vegan snacks for the afterglow. Join this beautiful ecstatic dance if you feel the calling.
