Kundalini is all about life force. This source of life is always with you - it is your inner home and guidance. To align with your life force is to experience the joy of being alive.

A kundalini NRGY awakening is a process that clears, in stages, all that is keeping you from experiencing your true essence. This brings along a remarkable journey of self discovery. When the energy flows freely, it moves throughout all the energy channels (Nadi's) and chakra's. This feels like an energetic (Inner)dance and is a beautiful experience.

After a kundalini NRGY session, people often feel (amongst many others):
* more connected to their self
* a deeper sense of self love
* they speak their truth and have opened up their throat chakra
* a stronger guidance from within

The space will be held by the three lovely facilitators Yasmina, Maya and Celine. All with experience in different fields of energy work, complementing each other as a whole. After a warm welcome, the facilitators will share a little bit about the process. Participants will have the possibility to share their experiences or intentions. Part of the intro is a demonstration - this will bring the energy to the room and can also function as a remembrance on a deeper level. Often people feel the energy starting to awaken by simply observing.
