If past experiences, relationships, or self-perception have left you feeling trapped in these emotions, this journey offers a safe and transformative path to healing. It's for those ready to explore the roots of their feelings, release them, and reclaim their sense of inner peace and self-compassion.
9D Breathwork with Dany
From an early age, Dany has been deeply drawn to the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Growing up with Tibetan Buddhist practitioner parents, she developed a profound passion for understanding how the mind influences our health and well-being.
Dany spent years immersed in the Caribbean jungle, where she learned both through formal studies and the wisdom passed down by spiritual guides. Her journey has led her through Ayurveda, over 16 years of yoga practice, and 25 years of meditation, ultimately culminating in her dedication to Kundalini Yoga and breathwork. As a certified instructor and facilitator of Conscious Continuous Breathing, Dany now shares this powerful tool to help others access deeper states of awareness and transformation.
In addition to her breathwork practice, Dany is the founder of Tierra Libre, a school dedicated to conscious learning, Mi Tierra Latina, a conscious concept store, and The Reconnected Land, a space where individuals can rediscover how to come back home to themselves—feeling safe, loved, and happier wherever they are.
What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is a multi-sensory experience that combines a specific breathing technique with frequencies, binaural beats, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) guidance. This practice takes you on a journey into your subconscious, revealing insights and discoveries along the way. Through breath, you create an environment to communicate with your subtle layers—whether it’s time to process and heal something, receive a message, or strengthen your true essence while connecting to a greater source.
What to Expect in a Session?
We begin with special somatic movements designed to help you tune in, recalibrate, and regulate your entire body and mind. Once you're centered, I’ll introduce you to the journey ahead. Then, you’ll put on your headphones and immerse yourself in an inner self-exploration guided by breath, sound, and intention.
I’ll be by your side, holding space for you to connect with your intuition and innate wisdom, allowing you to find the answers that already exist within yourself. Through this practice, we expand consciousness by deprogramming patterns, societal conditioning, and limiting beliefs while healing core wounds. Each session is always unique and different, but for sure, will provide you a boost of energy, mental clarity, reduced anxiety, and a more balanced nervous system.
To close the session, we practice a pranayama to integrate, relax, and calm the nervous system, allowing you to gently return to the present moment. You’ll leave feeling lighter, with a clearer mind, a deep sense of joy, and inner peace.
