Join us for the first edition of Dance Church!! A family-friendly ecstatic dance space.

We believe having children (of all ages) present is mutually beneficial for them to see us in movement meditation and to participate in the fun environment and get their wiggle on.

We will have live percussion by our friend and Berlin ecstatic dance dj, Pascal de La Caz.

Schedule:
9:45-10:00 Arrive and tea
10:00-11:00 Welcome circle then warm up and embodiment session led by Senly Wilhelmina (van der Heiden)
11:00-13:00 Ecstatic dance ending with a sound healing by Johann Flores
13:00-14:00 Potluck and clothing swap

If you wish to stay for the potluck please bring a vegetarian dish, snack, dessert, or drink to share.

CLOTHING SWAP:
Bring clothes that are nice enough you would want to give them to friends. Nothing with stains or unintentional holes. Bring a maximum of 20 pieces as to not overwhelm the space.
