Upon entering the temple, our caring team welcomes you, creating a safe, intentional space. As the group gathers, you’re invited to move with the music or follow any natural impulse your body expresses. We guide you to feel the subtle signals of your body’s “yes” or “no,” noticing moments of expansion and contraction.

We’ll ground ourselves together, helping you settle into the present. Once everyone has arrived, we begin the opening circle, establishing the evening’s guidelines:

Dress comfortably and in layers. A towel or sarong is neccesary.

Boundaries are set according to group energy and the needs of participants. Communicate any desires or boundaries with us—group safety always takes priority. This is a sober event.
