After the incredible success of our first Breath & Voice Celebration, we’re thrilled to invite you to our second gathering! The Breath & Voice Celebration is designed to open your heart, uplift your spirit, and connect you deeply with yourself and others through breath, joy, singing & sounding, and movement.

𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚’𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩:

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭:
In this second edition, we’re adding new elements to create an even richer experience. Here’s what you can look forward to:

𖣐 𝗖𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆: Start the evening with the heart-opening plant medicine of Guatemalan cacao. Guided by Anne, we’ll set intentions and create a warm, connected atmosphere, allowing cacao to work its magic and prepare us for a deeply connected afternoon.

𖣐 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: Using a blend of breathing techniques, Anne will guide you to energize your body, calm your mind, and create a profound sense of inner peace. Together, we’ll explore connected breathwork with gentle pauses, finding balance and relaxation.

𖣐 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽: Discover and free your authentic voice! Katty’s workshop will take you through vocal exercises that allow you to express yourself with confidence, without fear or judgment. Attendees from the first event shared, “I was able to feel more confident in sharing my voice in group singing, something I had always felt very shy about.”

𖣐 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲: Join in a circle of voices, singing heart-opening songs and devotional mantras that lift our spirits and create a beautiful resonance. “The group singing was amazing! I went from humming softly to singing at the top of my lungs,” said one attendee. Together, we’ll celebrate the joy of sound in a supportive community.

𖣐 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Connect to the rhythm and energy within as we move and dance. With guided exercises and free-form movement, you’ll have the chance to let go, embrace your body, and experience the joy of movement.

𖣐 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲: Take part in an open-hearted sharing circle, where you can connect with others, set intentions, and reflect in a safe and supportive environment.

𝑭𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒔:

𝗞𝗮𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵
Katty has been a professional singer/songwriter for over 25 years and is also a sound therapist and voice coach. Her passion lies in singing from the heart to connect with people, using mantras, medicine songs, and her own compositions. Often performing with her fellow musicians in “The Moonsong Band,” Katty trained with Sound Healing Bali in 2019 and has since facilitated private and group sessions worldwide as a performer, sound healer, teacher, and retreat facilitator.
