MEDITATION X ATTACHMENT LEVEL ONE
The course offers:

Information / Psycho-education: What is attachment? What are the different attachment styles? How can I recognize them? How do I deal with them?

Skills: Specific meditation techniques have been developed to address the challenges that arise within different attachment styles. The result: Better contact with your emotions and feelings. More effective self-regulation; re-balance after a trigger. Start processing the trauma that is stored in your body; learn to relax and have more energy to tackle life’s challenges.

Perspective: Better understanding of the processes going on in your own head/heart and that of others. Insight into the interplay of thoughts and feelings that repeatedly cause the same conflict.

Meditation x Attachment™ offers instruction in Buddhist theory, Attachment Theory, and in-depth meditation techniques. It will focus on developing secure relationships, uprooting past attachment conditioning, working through conflict resolution strategies, and will draw deeply on Daniel P. Brown's Ideal Parent-Figure (IPF) Attachment Protocol. This special four-day intensive is presented in-person with the Be Touched Community in Utrecht, Netherlands. This course is a four day intensive (10AM - 5PM CET)
