Have you been feeling tired, exhausted, and stressed about the current situation?

Do you miss a sense of balance, peace, and connection with yourself, for yourself?

This journey will support you in reconnecting with yourself, charging your energy, and receive balance and clarity through chakra and sound meditation (Himalayan singing bowls and vocal).


Chakras are energy centers situated along the spine. We have 7 main Chakras connected to our physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Each Chakra connects its own central issue and identity. Through awareness, meditation, and yoga practice, we can balance our energy, reprogram our old patterns, and improve our well-being.

In this workshop, we will explore what Chakra is, how Chakra can be your inner compass, and how to balance it through meditation, movement, and sound (Himalayan singing bowls and vocal). We will combine deep self-reflection techniques to support you in gaining clarity and insight.

Lichun Tseng, originally from Taiwan, is an artist/filmmaker and has expanded her well-being practice for sound therapy, Thai yoga massage, and Yin yoga.

She creates Riverleaf as a place and practices for one’s inner journey.

She is passionate about creating a journey and space where people can connect with their true selves and live life with positive vibrations.

She believes individual balance is where the positive vibration starts.
