Re-Align (™) Living Room Temple sessions are a guided free exploration of your Soma (body) and your Psyche (soul, spirit, energy). Using the modalities of breath work, embodied movement and dance, somatics, and deep meditation.

I will be welcoming and bathing you in the potent energy field, so dense you can touch it. So you can truly lean back, let go, express, and recharge.

These sessions are all about moving your body (or not) in a way that’s attuned to the inner impulses, desires, needs, feelings, and fires of the moment. And as you do, your Life-force starts to realign, you experience spaciousness, harmony, joy, fulfillment, ease, and flow.
