With this 7-day all-inclusive Retreat we invite our dear friends to kick off our second magical retreat season at AYA. You are one of them! We would love to celebrate life and love this week with you. You are welcome as you are, with everything that you are, with everything that you bring, in all your colors.
We have only a limited number of tickets available for this retreat.
If you come with a loved one, please book a double tent, bring an air matras to add to your single tent, or bring your own accomodation, so we can accommodate as many friends as possible.
First things first.
How to get to AYA?
Fly to Porto and take a bus to Viseu, where we pick you up at the day of the retreat at 15.30. If you come with your own car or campervan, you are welcome to arrive between 13.00 and 18.00.
This retreats includes all meals, all group sessions (2 a day), and (depending on your ticket) a single- or shared double bell-tent.
You are also welcome to offer a group session, cook a vegan meal of assist in the kitchen. Unlike all other retreats, where guests are treated as prince and princesses, this friend retreat is a group effort thing. It will be whatever we make it together.
We only ask for a small fee to cover the groceries and costs: €150 per person +25 pp for the transfer from Viseu both directions.
If you need a transfer on another time as above mensioned, we will have to hire a driver and our costs are €55 (single trip). So these costs will be yours to cover.
Because we offer this retreat at cost, we humbly ask for your donation at the end of the retreat. You pay whatever you think this week was worth for you and whatever your financial situation allows you to give.
All donations are greatly received and will be invested back in AYA.
The program will be created in the moment, depending on the energy of the group as one organism.
Because we already have a great season of Tantra and Dance Retreats behind us, we have lots of sessions to offer.

Ecstatic Dance in the Garden/River (headphones), chakra dance, guided meditation, shamanic visualisation journeys, plant medicine ceremonies, rebirth ceremony, reiki love shower, sacred touch massage, sacred undressing and naked river swim, singing bowl massage, cuddle puddles, sharing circles, playfight workshop, and much more.

At this retreat, we welcome children. Dogs however, even though they feel like children (we know all about it) we don't host at our retreats.
