In collaboration with Amarte Funds, Steppin’ Into Tomorrow is continuing the series of intimate live performances in a fresh new space, Hidden Gem Studio in Amsterdam. Next up: LIKEMINDS.

LIKEMINDS is an Amsterdam-based duo formed by singer/producer Tjerk Lammers (LYMA) and producer/multi-instrumentalist Lucas van Ee (Rebiere). Their music blends soul funk, hip-hop, and electronic elements, characterized by groovy disco influences. LYMA's expressive vocals and Rebiere's soulful saxophone melodies create a unique and infectious sound.

The duo met during a live show in a park under a thunderstorm and have since produced numerous songs. Their debut single "Hands Up" continues to gain traction, and with two albums, they have enough material to captivate audiences all night.

For the Super Sonic Jazz Festival last year, they formed a band and delivered standout performances at several festivals. As they dive deeper into their modern-day disco sound for their new album, stay tuned for an exciting live experience next year!

Steppin' Into Tomorrow is the musical doorway for contemporary music with an ear for today's sound. A platform and a community that provides in-depth articles, interviews, radio shows, and events to introduce you to the finest rising talent from Dutch soil and beyond.
Hidden Gem Studio was founded in 2022 with the philosophy to create a space within the city where artists can create, record and perform their unique experiences in a homelike and timeless environment.
