Dans in Vrijheid! Laat je denken even voor wat het is en laat de muziek jou meenemen op reis. Zak in je lichaam en voel je vrij om te bewegen hoe jij wil. Wij zorgen voor een veilige en liefdevolle setting waarbij jij jouw authenticiteit expressie geeft.
Om de avond voor iedereen zo fijn mogelijk te laten verlopen, hanteren we een aantal guidelines:
✦ we dansen op blote voeten (of sokken/dansslofjes)
✦ je mag geluiden maken maar verder dansen we in woordstilte
✦ telefoon staat op stil en ligt in de garderobe
✦ de avond is vrij van alcohol, drugs & tabak
✦ respecteer elkaars ruimte
PROGRAMMA:
We openen de dansvloer met een openingsceremonie en warming up. Daarna start de dansreis. We hebben speciaal voor deze avond bijzondere muziek samengesteld om verschillende aspecten van jou te laten ervaren. We sluiten de avond gezamenlijk af in een cirkel. Daarna kan je nog fijn napraten met je mededansers.
19.30 uur - deur open
20.00 uur - opening cirkel & warming up (deur dicht)
20.30 uur - start dansreis
22.00 uur - closing circle
22.30 uur - eind
NB:
》De deur sluit om 20.00 uur, dus wees op tijd!
》Voorstraat 51 is heel makkelijk te bereiken via het OV. Kom je met een elektrische fiets? Neem je accu mee naar binnen. Parkeren kan in verschillende parkeergarages in het centrum van Delft.
》Thee, water en lichte snacks zijn inbegrepen.

Come and dance freely this evening! The music invites you to leave your thoughts for what they are and feel your body and emotions. We provide a safe and loving setting where you can express your emotions. Whatever feels good at that moment.
To make the evening as pleasant as possible for everyone, we apply a number of guidelines:
✦ we dance barefoot
✦ you may make sounds but otherwise we dance in silence
✦ your phone is on silent and in the cloakroom
✦ the evening is free of alcohol, drugs & tobacco
✦ respect each other's space
PROGRAM:
We open the dance floor with an opening ceremony and warming up. Then the dance journey starts. We have put together special music especially for this evening to let you experience different aspects of yourself. We close the evening together in a circle. Afterwards you can have a nice chat with your fellow dancers.
19:30 - doors open
20:00 - opening circle & warming up (doors closed)
20:30 - start dance journey
