Autumn Embrace II: Yin Yoga with Sounds for the Soul - Release
It's that time of the year again where we are invited to connect, release and embrace the changing seasons of our lives. Autumn is a time to reflect, let go and warmly welcome all parts of ourselves in the fading light of the darkening days.
You are warmly invited into a safe space that honors this time of the year, by tuning into our bodies and souls during a yin yoga session with live music and poetry.
In yin yoga we hold postures for a longer time to invite a deeper relaxation in the tissues of the body. Yin is a grounding practice to release tension and connect with the whispers of your body, mind and soul. Jeska will guide each yin yoga session with her voice and other calming instruments. Intuitive sounds, song and poetry will support you in a deeper release and relaxation.
The sessions will take place on three consecutive Sundays in November in the workshop space of the Kass Haff farm in Rollingen, Luxembourg. They can be attended individually or as a complete package of three:
03/11: Connect 16h00-18h00
10/11: Release 16h00-18h00
17/11: Embrace 10h00-12h00
Everyone is welcome, no previous yoga experience is needed to participate.

As a musician and ceremony leader, she has been guiding classes, circles, concerts, ceremonies and retreats in all kinds of settings. Music is the medicine of her soul that she loves to share. Price options:
40 EUR Supportive ticket:
A ticket that includes the fair pay for the session as well as supports Jeska's music and other creative projects.
35 EUR Basic Ticket:
The basic ticket is the fair pay for the session without extra contribution for other projects.
30 EUR Solidary Ticket:
The solidary ticket is for those with a lower budget wishing to join the session.
