• Move, Smile and Connect through dance ( opened with a short meditation and some breathing exercises to get into your body and relax) by THISISEDEN
• Opportunities to meet and mingle with other singles at the cool U- bar

This event is for:
Conscious Men and Women who are interested in meeting someone in the age range of 35-45.
(it's an indication).
Age is just a number and it's all about energy. So if you're feeling it, we welcome you!

Practical:
• Parking is in parking garages around the hotel in the area (paid)
• 5 min walk from Metro Beurs
• 3 drinks are included alcohol/ non alcoholic (you will get tokens)

We will serve some assorted bar bites over drinks at the end of the dance session.

If you want you can bring an extra shirt/top if you feel more comfortable to change. There are changing rooms.
