๐ธ We start with some breathing, somatic movement and grounding exercises to get out of our mind and relax into our body and awareness
๐ธ Opening circle, welcome everyone, set intentions for the circle. briefly introduce ourselves. create a safe container by consenting to guidelines.
๐ธ We will do some small group and 1-on-1 embodied relational practices, Learn powerful tools from tantra, somatic healing, authentic relating, polyvagal, attachment theory and parts work to self & co-regulate, express our desires, fears, boundaries authentically, and connect deeper in presence, playfulness and unconditional love.
