At Holistic Horizons, I believe it is important to contribute to the mental health of young people. Young people, like adults, need support to find their balance and develop resilience in a rapidly changing world. Therefore, we are keen to dedicate our energy and resources to this cause.

On World Mental Health Day, we organise the workshop ‘Journey Through the Chakras’, where you restore your own energetic balance through knowledge, meditation and breathing. For every ticket sold, I donate €5 directly to UNICEF, supporting the work for children’s rights and mental well-being worldwide.

At Holistic Horizons, I believe in the power of inner balance, both for adults and young people. I love working on this because every person deserves the chance to grow up with resilience and healthy mental well-being. Together, we can contribute to a better, more loving future.
