My wish is to create a healing space for you to rest, recharge, gain insights and receive tools on how to cultivate more heart centeredness in your life. But also to gather like minded souls and grow together!
This evening I will guide you through a heart centered meditation and after that there will be intuitive space for whatever wants to arise: Hot seat coaching, sharing, contemplating on a topic - it could be anything. The intention of this gathering is to recharge and reconnect with our beautiful heart. To dissolve the barriers of that what keeps us away from living in alignment with love. Providing a field where you learn to feel safe being in your body.
