This workshop invites you to disconnect from daily life and immerse yourself in a conscious space of connection. By opening your heart, deepening your breath, and embodying divine masculine and feminine energies, you’ll elevate your dance and our collective human connection.
In addition to enhancing your dance, this workshop fosters safety and deeper interpersonal bonds within the dance community. The more we connect authentically, the safer and warmer our environment becomes.
Level:
A basic level of leading or following in Kizomba is required.
About Tantra:
Tantra is a spiritual practice that honors the body and its sensations. Through breath, movement, and sound, we connect with ourselves, our partners, and the world around us. This non-sexual workshop focuses on embodiment, energy, and human connection.

About your facilitators
Anna Eden
Anna discovered kizomba nearly a decade ago and has been teaching it (mainly urban) in Sweden and Amsterdam for a couple of years. She’s now on a mission to add a spiritual and embodied layer to deepen the connection in the dance itself and in the community. Kizomba led her to tantra, where she discovered the beauty of both worlds, and she now works as a Relationship & Intimacy Coach supporting singles and couples to create extraordinary relationships and passionate intimacy through embodiment and polarity. She spent the last 2.5 years in Bali diving deeper into spirituality and embodiment work which added the last pieces to her concept. Anna’s goal with Sacred Connection is to share a heartfelt experience for dancers, allowing them to expand their hearts, silent their minds and become more confident and conscious in their dance style.

About Kevin
Kevin is the founder and creator of Our Kizomba Connection. Dance and music have been a way of expressing himself, building connections, growing personally, and experiencing happiness since he was very young.
He started his musical journey as a drummer at the age of nine, playing in various bands throughout his life. His dance journey started at 18. Inspired by my family, he started dancing salsa. This is where his passion for couple dancing started. Kizomba followed in 2015 and made him fall in love so deeply with this dance, sparking the urge to start sharing it with more people. This resulted in the birth of OKC in 2017 (formerly known as O&K Connection. Kevin has always been very interested and invested in the concept polarity. Through his dance classes he is consciously contributing to sharing his knowledge on this topic.
