Co-Creation Retreat in Nature (Havelte)

Dear co creators,
Let’s dive into more connection and coziness in the new year and co-create at a beautiful location in Havelte in the middle of the forest.

The concept of this co-creation retreat is that we’ll facilitate workshops for each other, cook together, make music, chill in nature, dance, or share other cool passions that we have. If you want to facilitate, share, or perform something, please send us a message so that we can create a beautiful program for everyone to enjoy.

Please note that you don’t necessarily have to facilitate to join the retreat. Furthermore, in case you want to facilitate, you don’t have to be a super experienced facilitator, this is also a space where you can step out of your comfort zone and do something you’ve always wanted to try and/or explore something new.

We’re also looking for people that want to take the lead on one of the meals and we will all cook together so there will be help with cooking! Please let us know if you have a good recipe that you want to share so that we can add the ingredients to the groceries list!

Friday:
17:30 - 18:00 arrival
18:00 - 19:30 Landing in the space with soup and bread
19:30 - 22:00 Opening Ceremony & Ecstatic dance

Saturday:
08:00 - 10:00 Morning workshop
10:00 - 12:00 Cooking + eating brunch
12:00 - 14:00 Afternoon workshop
14:00 - 16:00 Free time
16:00 - 19:00 Cooking + eating dinner
19:00 - 20:00 Mantra singing and live music by Marc
20:00 - 22:00 Open stage for sharing art/poetry/music etc.

Sunday:
08:00 - 10:00 Morning workshop
10:00 - 12:00 Cooking + eating Brunch
12:00 - 14:00 Afternoon workshop
14:30 - 16:00 Closing
16:00 - 17:00 Cleaning together

Practicals:
Investment: €200,- to cover the rent we paid for the location that we booked, food, and other practicalities.

Meeuwenveenweg 1, Havelte

Sleeping arrangements:
6 bedrooms with two single beds each with shared bathrooms in the hallway. If you’re coming together with a friend/partner let us know so we can arrange that you sleep in the same room!
You can either bring your own bed linen & Towel (mattress cover, pillowcase, duvet cover), or rent it at the location for a very small fee (around 5-10 Euros approx. in total)!

We have space for max 12 people.
