✨ You’ll begin with grounding exercises that foster self-connection and inner calm. From there, expand your awareness to the room, eventually inviting presence with the people sharing this experience. 🌍
👥 Through paired sharing, you’ll find space to express and connect. In an opening circle, we’ll set the stage for a sensual flow of breath and movement, where every interaction invites you to attune to yourself and those around you. Feel the power of being fully present as you witness others and are witnessed in turn. Rediscover the innocence of sensual expression, and experience the healing power of being truly seen within a safe and trusting space. 🕊️
💃 During the workshop, you’ll learn the art of lap dancing and the beauty of open-hearted receiving. Prefer to stay in one role? We’ll do our best to accommodate, though flexibility within the group is encouraged. 🌈
🌌 As day fades into evening, the space will transform into a blend of Conscious Clubbing and a Tantric Temple. The night begins with soft, connective exercises to build group safety and cultivate authentic consent. From there, we’ll flow naturally into a deeply nourishing, free-form experience. 🌙

What if I don’t want to be touched?
For those who prefer no physical contact, we’ve created an energetic lap dance option. 🌌 There will be opportunities to participate without touch, as witnessing and being witnessed can be just as powerful. 🌿 We also have an introvert corner for anyone who needs space or time to themselves. 🌸

What if I don’t want to do something in the moment?
Your boundaries are sacred. ✋ During every exercise, we honor your right to opt out or modify the experience to suit you. This is a key part of empowerment—breaking the narrative of "I have to do this because the facilitator said so." 💫 Maybe you'll choose to give an energetic lap dance or simply observe; both are equally powerful as long as it's an authentic expression. 🌈

Am I too old, big, or inexperienced?
Absolutely not. 🌍 Whether you’re a beginner, 90 years old, or think you're overweight, this space is for you. As a paying participant, you have every right to be here. 🌟 This is a chance to challenge any limiting beliefs you’ve internalized around age, size, or experience. 🌱

What are the boundaries of the space?
🚫 No drugs or alcohol; this is a sober event. Boundaries around sensual expression during the free flow will be set in the moment by the group. 🛡️ I will ask where personal desires & boundaries lie. Safety comes first, always. If you have a boundary, this is your invitation to express it and be welcomed in your yesses & no’s. ✨

Will there be gender balance?
We strive to create gender balance and will use our team of spaceholders to help us do so, as well as monitor ticket sales. However, it might happen that the balance is off by 1 or 2 people. We invite you to get creative with what is and trust that the event will bring you what you need.

What if I need to cancel last minute?

Ariana Lara Norcia is a tantrika and sensuality coach, with a mission to bring healing through exploring the taboo.
