Leaving the sprouting, growing and flowering energies of spring and summer behind, we are again turning towards shorter and darker days. Autumnal equinox stands for balance – day and night are equal.

As leaves fall to the ground, we, too, are in the process of letting things fall away to gather only what is essential for the winter months. It is time to s l o w down, rebalance, harvest what we’ve been growing in our lives and give thanks.

This evening is all about you. Tapping into the slower pace of autumn, recharging, letting go of what’s no longer serving you and with a grateful heart welcoming the beauty of autumn – around and within us.

In a small and warm atmosphere (6 spots), we will drink 100% pure ceremonial cacao (feel free to join with tea). Cacao is full of minerals, antioxidants and so much more goodness. It is known for its relaxing, heart-opening and slightly stimulating effects on the body and a wonderful support for our unwinding Yoga Nidra journey.

Yoga Nidra, the famous yogic sleep, is a systematically guided meditation, which ideally brings you to your home state, where body and brain rest and restore.
