Pregnancy is a transformative journey. Amidst the whirlwind of preparation and life’s daily demands, it can be easy to not take the time to connect consciously with your partner and the life growing inside you, especially if you are going through pregnancy in a new country.
That is why this workshop offers a dedicated space for couples to consciously reflect on this precious time, deepen their bond, and explore the energetic shifts that occur during pregnancy.
Hosted by a pregnancy and birth coach and expat mom of three who cherishes the memories of connecting consciously with her partner during her own pregnancies, and assisted by an international birth and postpartum doula, this workshop is designed to create a beautiful moment of connection for you, your partner and your baby/babies.
Through guided visualizations, movement and dance, sound healing, and reflective exercises, you’ll explore the changing energies within you and learn how to nurture these connections as a couple.
