In this introduction workshop, you will be guided through a full Tension and Trauma Release session. You learn more about your nervous system, stress and how you can release tension using the natural stress releasing mechanism of your body. In addition, we will look at simple ways in which you can ground and land in your body. Afterwards, there will be time to share your experience, ask any remaining questions and integrate the session in a way that suits your needs.

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE®) is a simple yet innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body can return back to a state of balance.
