Explore Movement Lab - guided movement session

The Movement Labs are sessions in which you explore new ways of moving and making contact with your body. Each session will highlight different aspects of movement research. Softening tension, finding space inside your body and moving with the floor.  All from a place of playfulness and curiousity.

It is both possible to enjoy the series as a whole or join individual sessions.
