We zijn verheugd je uit te nodigen voor onze allereerste Full Moon Ecstatic Dance op donderdag 17 oktober 2024 in de prachtige studio van Janna Yoga in Muiden! Deze avond staat in het teken van vrijheid en verbinding.

Wat kun je verwachten?
Ecstatic Dance is een unieke ervaring waarin je vrij kunt dansen zonder oordeel. Laat de muziek je meenemen en ontdek hoe het voelt om in het moment te zijn. Dans op blote voeten of met sokken in een veilige, respectvolle sfeer, zonder afleiding van alcohol, drugs of telefoons. Iedereen is welkom, of je nu ervaren bent of nieuw!

**About Ecstatic Dance**
Dancing sets you free, and Ecstatic Dance is a free dance form where you can move as you wish, alone or together. The dance connects you with your essence and gives you the freedom to move and make space for what is currently within you, to go deep, connect, dance, and transform. Authentic and joyful. Returning to your core and free from judgment. You are in a safe and spacious environment with pleasant and serious people. We welcome you fully as you are!

There are 3 important guidelines: no shoes, no stimulants (such as alcohol and drugs), and no talking. Our bare feet connect us to the earth, and on the dance floor, you communicate through your body via dance. Phones are off.

There is free water and tea. There are small snacks like fruit, chocolate, and nuts.
There is a comfortable resting area with cushions to relax, and your phone should be turned off.

The concept of Ecstatic Dance originated in Hawaii and California and has grown over the years, touching many hearts and bodies around the world weekly.

About Yarun Dee:
Dj Yarun Dee from Amsterdam evolved in the past eight years into one of the main Dj’s in the European Conscious Dance Community! He plays on many Ecstatic Dances and Conscious Festivals around the globe co-creating epic dance journeys with the dancers!
His multi-style Dj-sets have a wide range of influences from around the world. Cosmic, deep, sensual, grounding, celebrative and heart-opening with a base of groovy melodies and earthy tribal beats.

With his ability to deeply tune into the crowd magical dance experiences come in to being.
Rhythms that make your Body want to dance, your Mind to become silent and your Spirit to expand :-)

- You can use Ticketswap to re-sell your ticket. Important: If you do this, then clearly define if you have a men/women/couple ticket and let the buyer know to fill in the application form. It is also obligated to inform us (otherwise: no entry) and share the e-mail address of the buyer, so that we can send them the preparations and after-care emails.
