Bezweefd Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance and can also be seen as a more active way of meditation. You can surrender to the music in a sacred and safe “container”.
The ecstatic dance is set up in an environment where you can simply be yourself and experience joy through connection (with self and others), dance, and music.
It’s about letting go, moving energy, and having fun, resulting in an ECSTATIC feeling without using any drugs and alcohol!

This edition will start with a guided breathwork to increase oxygen, resulting in higher ph levels in your body which will make the immune system & cardiovascular system function better. There will also be some live music during the event. Join this beautiful ecstatic dance if you feel the calling.
