This is a series of workshops for men, containing deep inner work for their self-realization journey.

The themes per session are different, yet connected. You can step in and out of the series according to what suits your personal process right now. It is handy to do the Introduction first and then the rest. Do not worry about following the 'right' sequence. Trust the process that it will flow naturally. Life is not that linear. No forcing anything!

The facilitator will choose from these themes according to the group energy at that moment.
Therefore, this is merely an indication of the themes, but not a promise that all of them will be dealt with in the session.
Being mindful of your nervous system and feeling what is most alive & relevant at this moment is more important.
The facilitator will not be forcing a script, but rather let the process unfold in a fiercely loving environment.
