Purifying Cacao Ceremony: Reset Your Body and Mind

Do you want to get into the 'flow'? Would you like to call more clarity and inspiration into your life? Are you looking for a way to start the coming year with a clear mind and body? This session is for you.

Cacao will guide you on this journey to surrender to the flow of life and let the element of Water wash away the things that are not needed anymore in your life. Through conscious movement, meditation and sharing a safe container will be created for you to feel any surfacing emotions and come to a place of inner peace, embodying the wisdom of the element of Water. In the end of the meditation the group will be given a brief aura clearing to cleanse and purify the energy system further.

The ceremony will consist of the following parts:

✺ Drinking ceremonial cacao together
✺ Conscious movement to get into the flow
✺ Meditation to connect with the element Water
✺ 15-dimensional aura clearing
✺ Sharing circle
✺ Closing

If we have enough time after the ceremony, there is an option to stay a while longer to ask questions and share further, connect with other participants and pull a tarot card for more guidance.

» Ceremonial Cacao «

Cacao is a medicine of the heart. Used for thousands of years by the ancient civilisations in Southern and Central America, it’s a great tool for growth, relaxation and self-inquiry. Cacao contains a lot of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino-acids and theobromine and many other natural chemicals that enhance your mood and help your brain to naturally release DMT. The main effect of cacao is that it opens your heart. Other effects include feelings of euphoria and bliss, being able to focus better, an uplifted mood, relaxation and more energy. Combining meditation and other practices with cacao can deepen your experience and offer important insights.

The cacao we will drink has been made in the traditional way, coming from family farms in Guatemala.

» Conscious Movement «

Element water represents your emotions, and how they change and flow through you like the waves of an ocean. After drinking the ceremonial cacao you will be guided to deeply connect what's alive within and let your emotions be the catalyst of your unique movements. You might receive subtle, verbal guidance during the session, but the emphasis on moving in your own terms and interpretations. Let the element of water guide you softly and gracefully so that any stagnant emotions can be set into movement and finally released.

» Meditation and Aura Clearing «

During the meditation we will connect with the element water through different visualisations and sound. Relax, feel and let this element of flow bring you to a state of clarity and peace. At the end of the meditation you will receive a 15-dimensional aura clearing. Using sacred light codes and decoded music, your host will perform the clearing for the group as a whole. The only thing you need to do is to lie down and let yourself receive this profound clearing.

15-dimensional aura clearing is a powerful form of energy healing. Clearing your aura with this method allows you to purify your body and mind, cleanse unwanted influences and stuck energies from your field and close any energetic portals that might be draining your energy. After a clearing people often feel lighter and more grounded and centered.

» Your hosts «

We are Iina and Titta, two Finnish women who share the passion of helping people to live more from their hearts. After walking the spiritual path next to each other for a while, we realised that together we are able to create a powerful container for healing – for ourselves as well as for others.

Iina has always been a dancer at heart – you can find her dancing through life. She has tried many different dance styles over the years, but a recent discovery of ecstatic and intuitive dance forms deepened her understanding of healing effects of movement. In her day-to-day life she combines movement and dancing, meditation, different devotional practices and working with plant medicines like cacao to deepen the connection within and explore authentic self-expression. These intuitive practices allow her to drop into her heart space and access ancient wisdom that lies within all of us. She is enthusiastic to share these practices and their medicinal effects with others so that we can all step into the state of unconditional love and heal further on a collective level.

Titta is a forever-student of life, writer, yoga nidra and vinyasa teacher and an energy worker specialised in aura clearing. One of the biggest parts of her work is to help people bring back the connection between the body and the mind, and to shine light upon how our emotions and thoughts affect our health. She has a holistic approach to life – she believes that we don’t have just a physical body but also energetic, mental and spiritual bodies and that instead of focusing on only one of them, we can heal by taking care of them as a whole. She is also a shamanistic practitioner, drawing inspiration to her practice and ceremonies from different native cultures like the Native Americans and Mayans as well as her Nordic roots.
