So you rarely remember your dreams? Or perhaps you brush off the dreams of the night as mundane? I hear this often from people who are interested in the meaning of dreams. Either the dreams float away from their mind as soon as they wake up, or the details are blurry and slip away like sand through yours fingers.
During this talk, Sonia Kolasinska - a dream researcher and dreamwork practitioner - will share practical advice on how to rekindle your relationship with your dreamworld and improve your dream recall.
Once dreams start coming to you move vividly and in more detail, you’ll be able to gain incredibly valuable insights about the inner processes of your psyche (dreams never lie!), receive guidance about your life, and access a source of joy, creativity, and inspiration.
This is an interactive talk with questions and answers.
