During this talk, Sonia Kolasinska - a dream researcher and dreamwork practitioner - will share practical advice on how to rekindle your relationship with your dreamworld and improve your dream recall.

Sonia Kolasińska is a dream researcher, practitioner, and student of Master’s degree in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology at Alef Trust Institute. She’s a member of the International Association for the Study of Dreams, and a winner of their 2024 Student Research Award for a paper on the nature of dream consciousness.
