We are very excited to announce our mini retreat XL in which we combine meditation, journaling and movement with an art workshop.
This mini retreat is a special New years edeition. It's a beautiful way to start your year fresh, with new inspiration and take time and space for yourself. This retreat will be an XL retreat with a little few extra's ; )

You don't need to be an artist to create.
Neither a flexible yogi to move.

Do you want to create, but you don't know where to start?
Or is your mind telling you that this is hard? Or maybe you just don't find the time?

Join us in this joyful mini retreat!

We will create freely without expectations, inspired by a different theme every mini retreat.
You will be guided through excercises for inspiration and make your own pieces of art.

We will start with a meditation, followed by a short playful movement sequence, to connect with and loosen up the body & mind.
We will continue with an art workshop in the cosy 'Huiskamer',

The art workshop will be guided by Hester who works as an art teacher and art therapist.
Nazima will guide us through the yoga sequence.

Depending on the theme you will learn how to create with charcoal, ink and watercolour, templates, acryl, pigments and so on. Each mini retreat will be different.

One thing is for sure, you will go home with your own unique piece of art!

All of this at the beautiful sanctuary MAHARA in de midst of Amsterdam West.
Walking into the space of MAHARA, feels like being in a fairytale.

We will start in the beautiful Yurt in the garden to welcome everyone, than we will move to the Dojo for a nourishing yogapractise and create art in the colourful livingroom.

Make sure you are wearing warm and comfortable clothes.

Language: Dutch or English, depending on the participants
All levels are welcome to join!

We will teach in small groups, max. 10 spots, which gives us space to provide extra guidance.

We have a 4 week cancellation policy.
