This session is guided by Linda Plaude. This session is slightly different from the original and with a twist for Manifestation. It is focused on directing the built up energy in a productive way to flow towards what you would like to feed with your life force energy with, for instance your:

- mission/purpose (or the finding of it)
- passion project
- health improvement
- family
- company
- community
- spiritual path
- saving nature
- you name it...

And shaking of the: WANTING, DESIRING, NEEDING that is attached to it, which blocks the very Manifestation. Get out of your own way by surrendering the WANT!
Once you have chosen what you want from life, it is important to also let GO of that tension and let it come to you too!
