In Restorative Yoga, we use pillows, blankets, and blocks to support yourself, allowing you to stay in the position longer and relax more deeply. In this extended session, we go a bit deeper than in the regular classes.
Mantras, chanting, and special adjustments inspired by Thai massage and energy work are used to nurture you even further.
Take your well-deserved 'me time.' Restorative Yoga is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
