In this workshop, we will explore, understand, and release old memories that you have been repeating generationally.

Through a beautiful and powerful ritual, we will honor our ancestors and give them their place in the family, allowing us to harmonize and solve blockages in our lives.

⫸ Your Guides

Tania was born in Mexico, and she is a psychologist and neuroscientist with a very open intuition and healing skills. Nowadays she works as a trauma specialist, shamanic and ancestral healer, spreading her knowledge around the world.
She is a certified Tantra Teacher, Dearmouring, Holotropic Breathwork, Transpersonal Therapist, and Ericksonian Hypnotherapist. She has participated as a healer and teacher in different events and festivals. You are going to find her in Angsbacka this summer at Ecstatica.

Chiara was born in Italy and she is a somatic sexologist, pleasure and empowerment coach, and de-armoring practitioner. She specializes in human sexuality, women's bodies, and embodiment practices. Chiara's approach blends various techniques (from somatic therapy to tantra, and shamanism) to illuminate and embody transformative experiences. She aims to inspire people, offering them diverse tools to support their growth and openness to what they deserve. She works with individuals, couples, and groups in the Netherlands and worldwide.
Safety and trust are foundational in all her workshops.
