G. A. Dance Level 2- Lingerie Edition & Conscious Seduction

A level up from my goddess activation dance classes; It will be very intimate, pleasure-focused, with tantra elements and it is required to wear something that makes you feel sexy (or being naked is also welcome). This is a safe sacred space for women to express their sexuality and to empower themselves through movement. This class in particular will focus on conscious seduction. Seduction is a dark energy that can be harmful/manipulative when expressed in the unconscious, but if we put consciousness to this energy that is naturally within all of us, we can express it in a healthy way to create love, freedom, and safety in our bodies. There will be no genital touching in this class.

Requirements:
- Must have attended one of Emily's Goddess Activation Dance classes or Goddess Circles
OR
- Must have been introduced to the world of tantra, temple nights, sacred intimacy, sacred sexuality, or something similar

If have neither but still feel a YES and that you can feel safe and comfortable in an intimate space like this, then we trust your ability to hold yourself.

This space are for those who are ready to be FULL on and devoted to themselves, their pleasure, their sexuality, and wild womanness. Lets eradicate shame and dance in freedom!

About the instructor:
Activate the goddess within and become liberated through movement. Emily channels goddess energy to create and guide you through a journey that will help you explore the language of your body, to release non-serving energy, and to reprogramme our belief systems around the sacred feminine. Inspired by many dance styles (belly, lyrical, jazz, strip, etc.) and with shamanic, high priestess, and witchcraft training, this “full on” and “raw” dance class will teach you movements with a conscious approach. From exotic to sensual, sexy to soft, we explore and unleash the different aspects of the feminine without shame nor judgment. No prior dance skills needed. The Goddess asks you to gather with us sisters in this sacred space, to surrender to the unknown, and to reclaim our femininity.

Specifics about the class:
The class often includes guided meditation, shaking release, follow-along movement, choreography and ecstatic dancing. However, every class is different and involves a different theme/goddess/feminine archetype, depending on the astrological cycles or overall energy in that time or what is channeled.

What to wear:
Lingerie or anything that is intimate and makes you feel sexy. You can also choose to be naked in this space.
