Your breath is your gateway to your subconscious.
Letting Go is a somatic breathwork experience purposely created to help you let go of anything that is not serving you in your life right now, whether that's an emotion, a situation, a person or something physical. It is created to act as a reset button and at the same time act as inspiration for personal and authentic growth and transformation.
Why is this journey unique? 9D Transformational Breathwork is a multi-dimensional immersive sound experience using 432hz Harmonic music, binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies layered with transformational vocal coaching and subliminal hypnotic messaging, all while doing conscious connected breathing. Participants receive headphones to ensure and immersive and profound journey through the subconscious. It's designed to take you "out of your mind" and into your body, where healing can occur.
The session will start with an introduction to breathwork, the subconscious and nervous system regulation, followed by the one hour Letting Go breathwork journey.

Who can join? Everyone is welcome to participate whether you are a beginner or an experienced breather. There are however some counter-indications. If you are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, or are on treatment with strong psychotic medication, it's recommended not to attend. If you have heart or blood pressure problems, please let the coach know at the beginning of the session.
About your coach, Denisa
All my life, I've known that this is where I'd eventually find myself when the time was right – guiding individuals to discover and accept themselves, and consciously choosing a happier life. After over a decade in the rapid-paced tech industry, leading Communications and Events teams across Europe, I decided it was time to truly look inward and tune in to my soul's calling. Today, I coach individuals and groups globally, helping them to reprogram their subconscious and get to know the deepest parts of themselves. The primary tools I use are breathwork and emotional release, and I gratefully combine my passion for events and coaching.
