Mediflow - Breathwork Meditatieavond

Welcome to Mediflow!
Mediflow offers a save space for you to connect with yourself through body, mind and breath and to meet like-minded people in the Mediflow Community.

We offer sessions and retreats with meditation, breathwork, mindfulness and embodiment practices for people between the ages 18-35 (approximately).

In this session:
Jerry will be facilitating an internal journey as mediated by the breath through different states of the nervous system like rest->flow->fight/flight ect. This is done with the "breathing gears" technique.

Practicals:

Wear comfortable clothes.

The spoken language is English.
