Connective Touch & Consent workshop

The workshop is an immersion of self awareness, consensual touch and freedom of expression. We will create a safe space where you will learn how to communicate your boundaries and desires, how to touch, how to empower yourself through touch and release shame, fear and guilt around asking what you want. Exploring the dynamics between giving and receiving.
We will do practical partner exercises where we will be exploring these areas in a playful way in a safe container and sharing circles to discuss what we are experiencing. You are never forced to do anything you don't want. In fact we encourage and empower you to speak up when you for example need more time or need a moment to yourself.
The workshop is inspired by The Wheel of Consent created by Betty Martin. The Wheel of Consent is a powerful tool that will give you the understanding how to take back the power over your body and really tune in to what feels right for you. What is pleasurable to you? How do you ask for what you want and need? Understanding this practice can be life changing, healing and have profound improvements in your relationships and interactions with people.

This workshop is open to any gender, orientation and age. Singles or Couples.
This workshop will NOT contain nudity or touch of sexual nature.

My mission is to make consent sexy, empowering and fun.
I started teaching consent workshops 4 years ago. Consent work changed my life and continues to give me the greatest growth and realisations. I completely transformed the way I communicate and got to know what I actually want and speak up for my boundaries and desires. It opened up so much more pleasure into my life in any area imaginable.

I started my journey around 11 years ago with yoga and about 7 years ago expanded into the field of self development and tantra. I’m passionate about healthy, sustainable living, conscious parenting and making life an ecstatic experience full of love and growth.
Another love of my life is dancing the sensual Brazilian partner dance Zouk.
