Do you feel a longing to have a taste of the creative, artist's life?
I want to invite you to four days full of creativity and getting into your artistic flow and
rediscovering your joy, accepting and expressing yourself deeply!
We will travel through our personal fascinations/inspiration and create our own artwork!
Every session we will be starting with some bodywork, a short meditation and sharing, we will connect to ourselves.
From this bodily connection we will flow into our creative process for the day!
This is a unique opportunity to open yourself up to your
inner creative power, to receive inspiration, unwind, feel nurtured, and express yourself into form!
I will warmly guide you through your authentic process and support you with mindful practices to shape the art that wants to come through you.
To open up your visual creativity we will be working with paint, pastels, crayons, paper and canvas. There will be space for any expression of art, projects or creative ideas.

Time; 12:00-18:00
Including;
Lovely materials such as paper, canvas, paint and pastels are provided for!
Tea and a little snack is included :)
There is the possibility to book extra 1:1 life/creative coaching sessions for a reduced price for participants.
