This evening is part of our Themed Intermediate Series, where we dive deeper into each of the Authentic Relating Principles. The theme of this evening is the third principle: Reveal Your Experience. In order to join we ask that you have joined at least one of our 'normal' Connection via Authentic Relating Evenings in Utrecht or Amsterdam.

You can join the intermediate evenings separately but we recommend to join the whole series to get the full experience.

Authentic Relating an interpersonal meditation. It is the practice of acting and speaking from a place of heartfelt vulnerability and deep presence, allowing us to be in alignment with our deepest feelings and weave a more rich and truthful human experience.

The emphasis in this workshop is highlighting and practicing verbal communication to gain trust, connection and a deeper understanding of being with another. In experiencing these games we are bringing more of ourselves. We are getting real and authentic, nourishing parts that don’t often get expressed and going on a journey of self discovery through laughter, heart opening warmth and care. By doing this we increase our ability to experience abundance.

During this evening we give you practical tools that you can practice and implement in your daily life. Authentic Relating is a practice – the more you practice, the easier and more embodied it gets. You could look at it as an embodied training for the mind. We recommend to experience it yourself, of course. Come join us!
