CONNECTION BY TOUCH

** This evening is a collaboration between Sieta (@sietamaria) & Wies (@betouchedcommunity) and will be hosted in De Inktfabriek, Brouwersgracht 140, Amsterdam **

During our Authentic Touch & Connection Evening we will guide you through authentic touch-based games and exercises, with an emphasis on embodied and experiential learning. This will leave you heart and mind-opened, and deeply connected to yourself and others.

Physical touch can be a beautiful way to explore non-verbal communication, using our presence as a way to interact and connect. When we see our hands as extension of our heart, physical touch also allows us to support ourselves and others in deeply resting and nourishing our central nervous systems, leaving us feeling deeply relaxed and safe.

We will dive deeper into the 5th principle of Authentic Relating: Honor Self & Other. Consent is key at all times. This is a clothes-on workshop and during this evening we stay away from sexuality. We use touch as a safe and healthy way to intimately connect with yourself and others.
