No matter if you're indoors or outdoors, in your living room or backyard, we invite you to come together for a liberating dance experience. Let's transcend physical boundaries and unite in the joy of movement, breathing, and expression.

Here's what you can expect:

Freeform Dance: No choreography, no rules – just pure, unbridled expression through movement. Let your body be your guide as you dance freely to the rhythm of your own heartbeat. You can sit, jump, move slow/fast, whatever you feel like.

Connection: Whether you're in the office or nestled in the countryside, you're invited to give yourself a moment of me-time and movement. Feel the collective energy as we move together!

Camera On: The only requirement? Keep your camera on! Why? Because to create a safe space for all and to connect together, we want to see who is in this playground.
